What's this?? A new page, that's right! : D

I always gave a good time drawing 'The Remnant' but this one was especially fun because I got to introduce (or hint at) a bunch of new characters - the Helzig Synod! Mentioned earlier by Ursa, an astute reader might surmise that the Synod is made of the chieftains of various Helzig tribes, falling under the guidance of Elder of the Blood Freya, who takes her lead from the Empress herself.

That, or maybe they're just a bunch of mini-bosses whose castles Liviana has to adventure through to get to the last guy (girl, in this case, I guess XD )

Also, I have to mention that had his own take on this particular scene. He felt that the Helzig who were closer to Primean territory than the rest might not be as welcome among the others chiefs. Maybe!
